Still your breathing and then get a feeling of angelic wings of healing wrapping around you,

And lifting you up to the Angelic Realms.

Let yourself relax and receive love and healing from the Angels around you,

Get a sense of the colours and clarity of feeling in this place of grace.

Feel the wings of your guardian angels wrap around you now,

As you start the slow return to physicality,

Spiralling back to your body, get a sense of your breathing deepening,

And get a sense of your physical feelings.

Open your eyes and return to outer awareness.
